all sales are final. because every item is made to order specifically for you when you place your order, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, wrong size ordered, or simply not loving the fit once it arrives.

please double check sizing charts and product details carefully before checking out. if you have any questions about fit or sizing before you order, reach out to us first, we're happy to help you pick the right size.

damaged or defective items

if your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, that's on us, not you. contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll get you a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

wrong item received

if we made a mistake and sent you the wrong product, let us know within 7 days of delivery and we'll fix it right away.

order changes and cancellations

because production starts quickly after you order, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations within a few hours of purchase. contact us immediately if you need to make a change.
