shipping policy

all clean your plate! merch is made to order through our print on demand partner. we don't keep large batches of pre made inventory sitting around, we print, cut, and sew each order after you place it. this keeps waste down and lets us offer more designs, but it also means shipping takes a little longer than buying something already sitting on a shelf.

production time

most orders are produced within 5 to 7 business days before they ship. during drops, restocks, or holidays, production can take a bit longer. we'll always do our best to get your order moving as fast as possible.

shipping time

once your order ships, domestic (u.s.) delivery typically takes an additional 3 to 6 business days depending on your location and the carrier. you'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

where we ship

right now we only ship within the united states. we're working on expanding internationally, if you're outside the u.s. and want to be notified when that changes, reach out to us.

order tracking

once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. if you don't see it, check your spam folder or reach out and we'll help you track it down.

lost, delayed, or damaged packages

we're not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier once they've left our facility, but we will always help you file a claim and do what we can to make it right. if your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll sort out a replacement.
